Personal Information We Collect — Contact information (name, billing/shipping address, email, phone); order information (products purchased, order value, payment method used — we never see or store your full card number); account information if you register; messages you send via our contact form, email, or phone; device/usage data collected automatically via cookies; and your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

2. How We Use Your Information — To process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, send order and (if opted-in) marketing communications, maintain Site security, improve our offerings, and meet legal/tax obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information — We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our business: Hostinger (our hosting provider, storing site files and order/account records); WordPress/WooCommerce (the platform running our catalog and checkout); Stripe (our payment processor — it receives only what’s needed to complete your transaction; see its own policy); Hostinger Reach (our newsletter tool, if you subscribe); and the shipping carrier(s) used to deliver your order.
